Livestock Guardian Dogs
Our dogs are the heart and soul of our mission at Tatties Ranch. Meet our Anatolian Shepard Dogs, working dogs in a class of their own!
We (tim and myself, marlena) run a dog boarding KENNEL in NM. Then have a ranch home in AZ. The animals change often but currently we have Goats, Sheep, Chickens, Rabbits and of course THERE'S a horse! and then the dogs 2 anatolians, 2 newfoundland and a komondor puppy...what can i say i love dogs. The anatolians guard us from predators. they are also training the pup. Our predators are mostly coyotes, hawks, owls, mountain lions skunk, fisher, mink, bear, javelina, bobcats, other dogs, and humans.
Farm Visits
We are a busy, working ranch. We would love to have you visit! Dry camping sites/no amenities available. We are always looking for volunteers (WWOOFers, HelpEX, etc.) to help us make our vision a reality. We'll help you find a way to volunteer that best suits you.
